By accessing or using any part of the Website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions. 1. Authorized Use of Website
This Website and the Lullè e-commerce store is provided for your personal and non-commercial use. Any other use of the Website requires the prior written consent of the Company.

You may not use automated devices (spiders, robots, etc.) to catalog or reproduce content. You may not take any action to disrupt the Website, circumvent security, or attempt to exceed the limited access granted to you. You may not resell access to the Website without our written consent.

In order to access certain services, you may be required to provide information. All information must be truthful. You are responsible for the security of your access codes and passwords. Pricing: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Prices charged will be those in effect on the date of your order. You authorize Lulle or its designated payment processor (e.g., PayFast, Yoco, PayFlex) to charge your payment provider.

5. Product Descriptions and Availability
We continually upgrade and revise our bamboo products. We may modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Lullè shall have no liability if a product that has been ordered is unavailable. In such cases, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
All purchases are subject to our shipping policies. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (e.g., The Courier Guy). While we assist where possible, you are responsible for filing claims with carriers for lost or damaged shipments.
7. Return and Refund Policy
In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

Cooling-off Period: You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods, provided the bedding remains unopened, unwashed, and in its original packaging due to hygiene reasons.

Defective Goods: If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us at support@lulle.co.za within 30 days with photographs for review.

Discretion: Lullè reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold for hygiene reasons.
8. Proprietary Rights
Lullè is the owner of all parts of the Website, including copy, graphics, designs, logos, and trademarks. You agree not to copy, distribute, or modify any materials without our prior written consent.
9. User Comments and Reviews
By posting reviews or content to our Website, you grant Lullè an irrevocable, perpetual right to use and promote that content. You represent that you own the rights to anything you post. In line with South African advertising standards, you must disclose if a review was incentivized (e.g., if you received a discount for the review).
10. Activities Prohibited
You agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, promotes racism/bigotry, or contains software viruses. Lullè reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against prohibited conduct.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked to our store. Your transactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.
